cesm_data:       Includes netCDF files of the relevant CESM2(CAM6) output used in this study.
cesm_plotting:   Includes processing and plotting scripts for all figures in the manusctipt
                 which include CESM2(CAM6) data. In order to run the Jupyter notebook
                 (holuhraun_figures_CESMonly.ipynb), reference the netCDF files in the
                 "cesm_data" folder.
cesm_namelists:  Includes the namelist changes used for the CESM2(CAM6) simulations.
                 "cesm213_holuhraun_namelistChanges_freeRunning" describes the free-running simulations.
                 "cesm213_holuhraun_namelistChanges_nudged" describes the nudged simulations.
