Gaby has kindly produced the attached files which have the adjusted forcing for the four regional experiments in Kohler et al (10=USA, 11=Europe, 12=India and 13=China)

She found that she did not keep all the adjusted data for the "latitudinal experiments" (she thinks to save space). I guess we might be able to ask her if the instantaneous forcing is a possiblility, but only if we know it will be used.
