The code for the sleep project is at:

For the sleep project code to run the data must be positioned in the exact location
where the hard drive was when we created the project. That means the data must be extracted
to the position /Volumes/Storage2/alyssum/... . This can of course be very hard to recreate. 
If you are in a position where you need some results or want to reuse data it is probably best 
to download the spesific files that contain that information and create a new program to do the job.
