wk_sflxwindtides: These runs include tides and open ocean fluxes of surface salt, heat, and momentum (wind) 
	- r1/: 10-year with tides (K1, O1, M2, S2), 29-year averaged initial hydrography and 29-year averaged forcing files. NOTE: This run had a surface forcing error.  Units in varinfo.dat were incorrect, leading to a too-small salt flux over the open ocean.   
	- r2/: 10-year with tides (K1, O1, M2, S2), 29-year averaged initial hydrography and monthly average forcing files that cycle the forcing over 10-years to give seasonal variability.
	- r3/: 10-year with tides (K1, O1, M2, S2), 29-year averaged initial hydrography and 29-year averaged forcing files.
