This dataset contains the raw simulations of the Los Chocoyos eruption as described in Brenna et al (2020). Detailed information can be found there. The naming convention of the simulations in this dataset are as follows: CESM2 Compset.grid_name.simulation_name The compset in all cases is bwma1850 and the grid is f19_g17 (shortened to f09 in the name). Control simulations: In the analyses in Brenna et al. (2020) the first 10 years of this control simulation was discarded bwma1850.f09.test1 - control run bwma1850.f09.test1.clone - extension of control run Volcanic experiments: The naming convention is: branch_year_from_control+10.eruption_name.initial_QBO_state.initial_ENSO_state.other_information Initial QBO state is designated as W (westerly) or E (easterly). Initial ENSO state is designated as N (neutral), P (plus, El Nino) and M (minus, La Nina).
