DatabaseFiles:
Recording files are derived from Axona raw data with cells that are used in the publication. Recording data from each rat (five digit rat numbers) are stored in seperated files. The recording trials are named according to recording date, and the two last digits indicate trial numbers. 
 
Excel file: 
- "All Cells_Speed Analysis_realValues.xls": RealValues in speed analysis of all cells.
- "All Cells_Speed Analysis_speedShuffleValues.xls": ShuffleValues in speed analysis of all cells.
- "Speed Cell Count.xls": Cell sorting of speed modulated cells among different cell groups. 
- "Waveform analysis_2017.xls": Mean firing rate and Peak-to-trough width of all cells are listed.
- "Light Stimulation Latencies_All Cells.xls": Cell sorting of all light-responsive cells. 
- "Confocal Cell Counting_2017Aug.xls": Cell count of Reelin, Calbindin, Calretinin, GAD67, Parvalbumin and Somatostadin positive cells in confocal images.
